Membership terms

These terms apply to your paid membership of Motions Makers AI, operated by Mateus Kaskanlian Dotti (ABN 37 503 005 784) of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

1. Eligibility

Membership is available only to people aged 18 years or older. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Membership and billing

Membership is AU$29.90 per month, charged in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. There is no free trial.

3. Promotional pricing

We may offer a discounted rate of AU$23.90 per month for the first three monthly billing periods. After that period the standard rate applies automatically.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. What membership gives you

A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access member content for the duration of your membership. Content is added and changed over time.

6. What you may not do

• Share your account or resell access.
• Download, scrape, republish or redistribute member content.
• Use the community to harass, spam or promote unlawful activity.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to host and display it inside the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

Membership is educational. We do not promise income, client work or any specific commercial result.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end membership for breach of these terms or the community guidelines. We will act proportionately and, where practical, tell you why.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or under mandatory consumer law in your country.

11. Governing law
