By using the Motions Makers AI website or platform you agree to these terms, whether or not you hold a membership.
1. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or payment.
- Do not upload malware, scrape at scale or interfere with other members' use.
- Do not post unlawful, explicit sexual, hateful or infringing material.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at motionmakersai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Intellectual property
The platform, brand, courses, prompt library and downloadable resources are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your own use only.
4. AI-generated content
Outputs from third-party AI tools are subject to those tools' own terms. You are responsible for checking rights, likeness, trade mark and licensing before commercial use.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and third-party outages can occur.
6. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email and video. Their terms apply to their parts of the service.
7. Links and affiliates
Some outbound links are affiliate links. See our affiliate disclosure. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected period.
